Introduction to colour wrapping: film types and durability, adhesion and film memory, tools and surface preparation; bubble-free application and cutting techniques; hands-on practice
Fundamentals of wrapping techniques: film handling and application, stretching and positioning techniques, issue identification and correction
Edge and curve handling: sharp edges and corner wrapping, film memory and manipulation, heat application for curves without overstretching; bumper and fender wrapping practice
Door and bumper alignment: wrapping without visible seams, handling door handles and mirrors, seam matching and overlapping, ensuring adhesion
Hood and roof wrapping: step-by-step application, bubble-free application on large surfaces, heat gun techniques, avoiding heat marks and discolouration; hands-on practice and feedback
Complex surface wrapping: film positioning and application on tight spaces, working with knifeless tape, hands-on practice and troubleshooting
Advanced wrapping techniques: precision cutting, seamless overlapping techniques, handling complex body curves; hands-on full-wrap practice
Wrapping logos and textured surfaces; hands-on practice on complex installations
Mastering professional finishing: precision trimming and touch-ups, bubble-free finish and detailing across the whole vehicle; full wrap practice and feedback, identifying and correcting issues
Final assessment and certification: full vehicle wrap practical assessment, troubleshooting difficult areas, industry best practices, open Q&A with the wrap instructors
