Today marks an important milestone in Malaysia’s journey to empower youth through TVET. The official closing of the Training & Job Placement Program, a collaboration between Malaysian Indian Skills Initiative (MISI) and P10X Academy, is not just about marking the end of a training cycle — it is a celebration of new beginnings for the participants who have completed the program.
This initiative was designed specifically to provide opportunities for young Malaysians of Indian ethnicity, aged 18 to 30, to acquire industry-relevant skills in Automotive Aesthetics. With a curriculum aligned to real-world standards and industry demand, the program demonstrates how TVET can serve as a direct pathway towards stable careers, technical excellence, and improved livelihoods.
Building Skilled Talent in Automotive Aesthetics
This program provided opportunities for young Malaysians of Indian ethnicity, aged 18 to 30, to learn real-world technical skills in the field of Automotive Aesthetics, covering:

Car Body Wrapping
Car Wash & Polishing
Throughout the training period, participants received hands-on exposure to actual industry work, guided by experienced trainers and involving real customer vehicles — far beyond classroom theory.
Program Success: Job Placements for Youth
More than 20 trainees have successfully secured job placements with industry partners — a strong testament to the effectiveness of training programs designed around practical skills and real market needs.
“This is not the end, but the beginning of a brighter future.”
The closing ceremony was not only symbolic but also an appreciation of the efforts by:
- Trainees, who demonstrated discipline, passion, and outstanding potential.
- Trainers, who provided dedicated mentorship.
- Industry partners, who opened doors to real job opportunities.
- MISI, for their full support and trust throughout the program.
