Day 1

Introduction to aftersales selling: the dealership sales process, customer needs analysis, rapport and trust-building. Effective aftersales selling techniques: questioning, translating technical issues into value, presenting packages and closing approvals. Day 2

Customer service excellence in service centres: the role of service in loyalty and profitability, communication and empathy.
