It's ideal for automotive service centres and dealership front lines, but the FISH! philosophy applies to any customer-facing team: retail, hospitality or general service staff will benefit equally.
Yes. P10X Academy is a registered HRD Corp training provider and eligible employers can claim the full fee through the levy under the SBL or SBL-Khas scheme. We assist with the eTRIS application.
Over two days (9am–5pm) through interactive activities, role-play and group discussion, so participants practise the FISH! practices in scenarios close to their real day-to-day work, including handling difficult customers.
