Day 1
TO BE: character of a leader: the inner structure of a good leader, courage, willpower and initiative. TO DO: styles of leadership: adapting styles to influence different personalities and leading by example.
Day 2
TO SEE: knowing your environment: understanding your people and building real relationships. TO TELL: communicating your message: motivational speeches, storytelling, and motivating through personal one-to-one feedback.

Yes. P10X Academy is a registered HRD Corp training provider, so eligible employers can claim the full course fee through the levy under the SBL-Khas or SBL scheme. Our team assists with the entire eTRIS application.
Over two days (9am–5pm) through a blend of theory, demonstration and practical, experiential activities, including leadership self-evaluation and motivational speaking practice.
