Day 1

Module 1: Mechanics of a Dynamic Leader (practical session). Module 2: Leadership vs Management. Module 3: Agile Assertive Communication.

Day 2

Module 4: The Mindset of VUCA Leaders. Module 5: Boosting Confidence through Body Language, including eye contact and rapport. Module 6: Communication Across the Generations and empathic listening.

Yes. P10X Academy is a registered HRD Corp training provider, and eligible employers can claim the full course fee through the levy under the SBL or SBL-Khas scheme. We handle the eTRIS application with you from start to finish.
It's introductory and practical: techniques such as reframing (shifting how a situation is perceived) and anchoring (triggering a resourceful state on cue), taught through demonstration and hands-on practice, not clinical theory.
