P10X Academy, in collaboration with the Selangor State Education Department (JPN Selangor), successfully organized the TVET Education Direction & Future Dialogue Program 2024, an impactful initiative that brought together 51 secondary school counselors from various districts across Selangor.

This program served as a strategic platform for in-depth discussions under the theme “TVET Development and Current Challenges.” The dialogue focused on how Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) can significantly benefit students, helping them navigate present challenges while preparing for a brighter future. Critical issues such as student career pathways, graduate employability, and industry demands were also carefully examined to ensure a more effective approach to skill-based education.

The participation of school counselors in this program underscores a shared commitment to strengthening TVET education as a key pathway to developing a highly skilled workforce.
