Workplace safety begins with awareness and prevention. On 15 July 2025, P10X Academy had the privilege of conducting an in-house training program on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment in the Workplace for 35 managers and officers from Gardenia Bakeries (KL) Sdn Bhd.
Creating a Safe and Respectful Workplace
The training was designed to go beyond compliance with legal requirements. It focused on:
- Raising awareness about sexual harassment issues in the workplace.
- Encouraging open conversations to break the silence and stigma.
- Building a culture of respect and dignity for all employees.
- Practical prevention strategies to recognize, prevent, and respond effectively.
Through interactive discussions, real-life scenarios, and case-based learning, participants were equipped with the knowledge and confidence to address harassment issues with professionalism and empathy.
